Google is and will probably always be the master of search engines-- Google Blogs was most definitely the easiest blog search tool to use. Technorati was also good, but I did not like Topix whatsoever, as the interface was rather clunky. Google Blogs quickly brought me up both Art Education blogs and newsfeeds. I believe that a simple Google search would be sufficient, however, it is nice that they have a search engine dedicated primarily to blogs.
The most useful thing I found was Art Education 2.0, which is a blog dedicated to connecting art eduactors around the world. They have forums, groups, blogging, photo and video sharing, and RSS. It looks to be the perfect site in conjunction with this class!
