Google Docs is a good way for sharing information among students, however, I believe they would have to be a bit older than the children I'm willing to teach, since it requires quite a bit of reading to understand.
Zoho seemed to me to be a glorified Microsoft Word. There wasn't anything particularly special about it and I don't really have the patience to learn how to use a whole new word processor that can only be used online. What if my power is out? I wouldn't be able to use it..!
Google Docs actually had a very nice drawing tool. I was surprised at the fact that the drawings you make in Google Docs are automatically completely vectorized-- that is, they are movable and infinitely scaleable. Since the interface of Google Docs is much easier than that of Adobe Illustrator, this would be great for a mini lesson in vector graphics and graphic design.
