I believe that both Flowchart and Mindmeister could be used in an art classroom effectively.
With Flowchart, one could make a chart about how to find out more about art, with the first bubble saying "Describe it", the second "Relate it", then "Analyze it", "Interpret it" and "Evaluate it". These could be printed out to given out individually to students or printed out on a large scale and hung in the classroom to be seen.
Mindmeister could be helpful when one is coming up with an idea for a drawing-- by brainstorming and making a net of ideas, one could go and pick the best ideas out of the bubbles.
